Game Lobby Rules

Use of Game Lobby is subject to Sprint Mobile's Terms of Service, which is available on our website and in the phone package. By using Game Lobby you accept these terms as amended from time to time. Game Lobby may only be used and accessed by individuals who are at least 13 years old. Sprint Mobile will take action against anyone who violates the terms, including terminating access to Game Lobby or Sprint Mobile's wireless services entirely. You are responsible for all activities occurring through anyone's use of your password / account.
You agree not to use Game Lobby to, among other things, post any materials:

(1)In violation of the copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property, privacy rights or other rights of any other person

(2)That are unlawful, harassing, libelous, privacy invading, abusive, hateful, offensive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, defamatory, obscene, racist or otherwise objectionable

(3)That exploit any adult or minor in a sexual or violent manner, solicits personal information from any minor, or that harms any minor

(4)That violate any applicable law or regulation.

Sprint Mobile is not responsible to you for any of the information or material that you may access via Game Lobby. We may in the future charge a fee for these services.
