  • Q: What is the price of a Game Lobby game?
    A: Between $1.99 and $6.99.

  • Q: How long can I keep the game once I have purchased it?
    A: Depends on the game: 30, 60, or 90 days. Some games have unlimited usage and never expire.

  • Q: How do I cancel my game subscription?
    A: You should be able to cancel your game subscription from within the game. If you are unable to do so, please contact Sprint for assistance at Sprint Support

  • Q: Do I have the ability to obtain a picture or profile of who I am playing?
    A: Yes, as long as they have made that information "public." Search for the player and look at their profile to see their player information.

  • Q: How do I adjust the number of messages that get sent to me?
    A: Click here to go to the My Account page. There is a "Messaging Options" section. You can set player messages on/off, and set the max number of player messages per day.

  • Q: How do I earn points within the Status Points Program?
    A: There are many ways to acquire Status Points. Completing your Game Lobby registration automatically enrolls you in the Status Points Program. Click here to see activities and descriptions that will generate points.

  • Q: How long will it take for points earned to show up on my account?
    A: You should see Status Points updates within 24 hours.

  • Q: How can I find out my account balance?
    A: You must first login to Game Lobby and then "My Status Points" will be displayed on most Game Lobby pages.

  • Q: Is there an expiration date for points earned?
    A: If there is no activity in your account in a twelve-month period, a service fee of 100 Status Points will be deducted from your account, per month, until such time as there is activity in your account, or until the balance in your account is depleted.   • Q: Can I earn points for things other than activities in the Sprint Game Lobby?
    A: Currently, no. Sprint and their partners are working on new promotions. (e.g. Program promotions, Tournaments, and Purchase the Featured Game of the month).

    A: You may elect to opt out of Status Points Program messages by clicking here to edit your Account, and setting "Receive Status Points Text Messages" to "No".
